1. Definition and acceptance
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to all services provided by you (the "User") using the PlayEdge App (the "App"). By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the App, you agree to accept all of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.
2. Service content
This application provides local video import, playback and management functions, supports a variety of mainstream video formats (such as MP4, MKV, AVI, etc.), and provides HD, 4K video playback experience. Users can import local video files through this application, play, fast forward, fast back, play speed adjustment and other operations, and rename, delete and other management videos.
3. User Content and responsibilities
All content generated by users when using the Application (including but not limited to video files, personal information, etc.) is referred to as "User Content". Users are solely responsible for their user content and bear all risks arising from the disclosure of User Content. The User agrees that its user Content is subject to this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations.
4. User behavior norms
When using this application, the user shall not engage in the following behaviors:
Publish or disseminate content that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, divulges state secrets, undermines national unity, and harms national honor and interests;
Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigation of crime;
Insult or slander others, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Publish or disseminate computer viruses, malicious code and other harmful programs;
Unauthorized collection of information or data from other users;
Malicious use of the Application in an automated manner that interferes with or impairs the normal operation of the Application.
5. Privacy Policy
We value the privacy of our users. The user's personal privacy information will be protected and regulated in accordance with the Privacy Policy, please refer to the Privacy Policy for details. Users agree that their personal information may be used for the purpose of providing services, authentication, customer service, security and other purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
We are committed to providing a high quality service, but do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by user actions or force majeure. The results obtained by users using this application are for reference only, and the actual situation is subject to the official.
7. Modification and termination
We may revise the terms of this Agreement in due course in response to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments or technical updates. The revised Agreement will be notified to users within the App or by other means and will become effective upon the publication of the notice. If users do not agree to the revised agreement, they should immediately stop using the App.
8. Dispute resolution
The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the location of the User. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the content or performance of this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
9. Other terms
The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
If any part of the provisions of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
